Domestic Orders Return & Replacement Policy

At Macoo Lifestyle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return or replace a product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

  • The product was damaged during delivery, or

  • The product received is significantly different from the item described.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and the invoice.

  • Gift boxes are eligible for return only if physically damaged during delivery.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Email us at macoolifestyle@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Provide your invoice number and clear photos/videos of the product condition.

  • Unboxing video may be required to verify damage claims.

Processing Your Return

  • We will respond within 2 business days.

  • If approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup within 5 business days.

  • Please securely package items as received.

  • Once the returned product passes our inspection, a replacement will ship within 3 business days or a refund will be processed promptly.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via direct bank transfer. We do not refund via UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Return Shipping Fees

  • We cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).

  • For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, prior to shipment.

  • Contact macoolifestyle@gmail.com immediately to request cancellation.

International Orders

  • Macoo Lifestyle currently ships and accepts returns only within [INDIA]. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened, used, or are personal care products once unsealed.

  • Items showing signs of use, allergies, or personal reactions.

  • Returns due to change of mind including dislike of fragrance, texture, color, or consistency.
